Shipping and delivery

CHAPPAL orders are dispatched from Türkiye. In-stock fragrance, incense and other standard-parcel products are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. This is preparation time, not the transit time to your country. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Any product-specific preparation time shown on its product page takes precedence.

International orders

Enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the shipping methods available for your order and their final charge. Product availability and shipping options depend on the destination and the contents of the basket.

Eligible small-parcel orders have a standard shipping rate of EUR 9.90, USD 9.90 for US-dollar destinations, or GBP 9.90 for pound-sterling destinations. For other destinations this rate is based on EUR 9.90 and may be shown as an approximate amount in your selected display currency. Eligibility depends on the products and the total recorded weight of the order; the final available method is shown at checkout.

Eligible small-parcel orders qualify for free standard shipping when the product total after discounts and any single-parcel pricing adjustment reaches the EUR 100 reference threshold. The threshold is currently calculated as TRY 5,648.57. The displayed currency equivalent can vary with exchange rates. Larger, heavier and other ineligible orders use the shipping options shown at checkout and are not covered by the small-parcel promotion.

We pack compatible products together where possible. The single-parcel pricing adjustment shown for eligible baskets removes repeated shipping allowances already included in individual international product prices. It is a pricing adjustment for a combined parcel.

Payment currency and import charges

Local-currency prices shown before checkout are approximate display values. Checkout and payment are in Turkish lira (TRY). Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees. Review the final TRY total before paying.

Import duties and import taxes are not collected by CHAPPAL at checkout for international destinations. Your destination country or delivery company may collect applicable import taxes, duties or clearance fees separately. Free shipping does not include these charges. Customs procedures can affect delivery time.

Receiving your parcel

If your parcel or an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photographs so that we can help. Where possible, also ask the courier to record visible damage. Accepting a parcel does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Türkiye deliveries

Domestic standard shipping is free for orders of TRY 1,250 or more; below this amount the standard charge is TRY 119.99. Furniture delivery is excluded from this standard-parcel offer and follows the delivery terms on the product page and in the Turkish shipping policy.
