When will my order be prepared?
In-stock fragrance, incense and standard-shipping products are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. This is preparation time, not transit time. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Any preparation time stated on the product page takes precedence.
How are delivery options and costs shown?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available delivery options and final shipping charge. Transit estimates are shown there when available. If no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices shown in your selected currency are estimates. At checkout, your order is charged in Turkish lira (TRY). Your bank converts the amount into your card currency.
How can I ask about an order or return?
Contact us with your order number and request. Review our refund policy for the applicable conditions before returning an item.
