Your order

The products, quantities, prices and delivery details you select are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Review them before placing the order. The available payment and shipping methods depend on the order and destination. Payment must be completed before dispatch.

Prices and payment

International product prices may differ from Türkiye prices. Any eligible combined-parcel pricing adjustment is shown in the basket and checkout. Promotional codes apply only when their eligibility rules are met.

Prices displayed in a currency other than TRY are approximate reference amounts. The final checkout total and payment are in Turkish lira (TRY). Your card issuer may use its own conversion rate and charge fees. Import taxes, duties and clearance fees are not collected by CHAPPAL at checkout for international destinations and may be collected separately by your country's authorities or the carrier.

Delivery

The shipping policy explains preparation times, small-parcel shipping and destination conditions. Any product-specific preparation time shown on the product page takes precedence over the general preparation estimate. Customs procedures can affect international transit time.

Returns and faulty goods

Our return and refund policy explains withdrawal, return arrangements and refunds. Contact us if goods arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Accepting delivery does not remove your rights concerning a defect discovered later. Personalised goods may be excluded from withdrawal where the applicable law permits, but this does not exclude remedies for defective goods.
