Peru Cajamarca - Aprocassi Kooperatifi Kahvesi Peru’nun kuzeyindeki Cajamarca bölgesinin San Ignacio ve Jaén şehirlerinden gelen bu kahve, yüksek rakımlar (1200-1900 m.a.s.l.), verimli topraklar ve And Dağları’nın temiz havasında yetişir. Caturra, Pache, Catuai, Catimor ve Bourbon gibi türlerden elde edilen bu kahve, üzüm, kayısı, karamel, parlak asidite ve çiçeksi gövdesiyle benzersiz bir tat profili sunar. 2023 hasadı olan bu özel kahve, 83,75 cupping skoru ve washed işleme yöntemiyle dikkat çeker.
