Each piece grows layer by layer into a crinkled form, much as coral builds its own skeleton through slow accumulation. Thick spiral paths remain clearly visible on the surface, carrying the traces of the production process. In places the printing paths are deliberately designed as flawed; this makes the spiral texture more pronounced and underlines that the pieces are built in a way close to a handmade technique
