Shipping and Delivery

All your orders are prepared specially for you. After your order is received, our products are handcrafted, packaged and shipped to you. Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 working days. All our cargo over 600 TL is free.

Delivery with our contracted courier company is valid for city and district centers. Product delivery cannot be made to regions other than our provincial/district centers. You can choose the one closest to you from other cargo agencies or it can be done by requesting an additional fee.

Receipt of Order:
When your order reaches your address by cargo courier, please inspect your cargo next to the cargo officer before signing that you have received it. Missing in the ordered products or crushing, destruction, etc. in the product. In case of any damage, you have to have the damaged or missing product report prepared by the courier with whom you opened your parcel.

With this report, you must send the product/products back together with the invoices, a note describing your problem and the report you have prepared by the cargo officer. When the products reach us, your problem will be recorded in our records and your new products will be sent to you as soon as possible or you will be refunded.
